How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a look at the roof. After that you get a written quote that names the work, the materials and what is not included. If we find something unexpected, such as rotted decking, we explain it and show you before the plan changes.
You should never feel pushed to sign on the spot. Take your time, compare quotes and ask questions. When insurance is involved, we can document the damage, but the claim itself is between you and your insurer. Before any work starts, you should know the scope, the schedule and how the property will be protected.
